1. How do I qualify to run at the Bonus Race Finals? By entering and competing at ANY approved BRF qualifying event. (This qualifies you to run Friday and Saturday at the Bonus Race Finals - $5000 added each day $50 entry fees – 75% payback) If you place Friday or Saturday at the BRF you can earn a qualifier to enter the Sunday Bonus Round.

2. How do I qualify to run for the BONUS RACE FINALS BONUS ROUND (earned qualifiers)? This round will be held on Sunday of the finals. The added money for the Sunday Bonus Round will be made up of $1/run from every approved event. ONLY those people who EARN a qualifier will be eligible to run on Sunday. Qualifiers will be awarded at single qualifying events (1 in each division 1d,2d,3d,4d,5d for every 100 entries). At series events qualifiers will be awarded to the HI POINT in each division 1d,2d,3d,4d,5d for every 100 entries in the series. For every qualifier a runner earns they can enter one horse in the Sunday Bonus Round at the finals. The finals will have an estimated $20,000 and an entry fee of $75 (payback of 90%) saddles to winners of each division 1d,2d,3d,4d,5d. You can also qualify by placing either Friday or Saturday at the Bonus Race Finals event.

3. What if the event I enter is a 3D or 4D format? It doesn’t matter what format the jackpot is run on that you qualify at – regardless of the format or payback of the race, the qualifying will be on a 5D (half second splits).

4. How do I know if I’m qualified? A list will be available and maintained through our website. We will also email you a notification within 30 days of the event certifying qualification (if an email address is given). Memberships are FREE however correspondence will be made through email ONLY to keep costs down.

5. How do I find out about approved events? They will be listed on the website as they are approved.

6. How will the added money for the SUNDAY BONUS ROUND be tracked? A total of each show’s $1/run fees will be tracked on the website to see how the finals fund is growing – estimate and goal for first year is $20,000. The $5000 per day (Friday and Saturday is above and beyond the Sunday round and is guaranteed no matter what).

7. Will vendors be allowed at the finals?They will be allowed but must also be an event sponsor. Sponsor packets will be available Jan 2, 2012 and due Feb 3, 2012. Contact Renea Bolling to receive a sponsor packet for the Bonus Race Finals. www.bonusracefinals.com

8. Will the fees be expensive for the finals? We pride ourselves on having the MOST inexpensive finals fees in the country. Qualified contestants can enter one (or both) $5000 added races (5D format) fees will be $50 each for those races with a 1x processing fee $15/rider/weekend.

9. What other activities will you have at the finals? There will be some special seminars for contestants and their families going on throughout the weekend, bounce house and slide Saturday afternoon for the kids (free), Cowboy Church on Sunday and a stall decoration contest for contestants (with prizes).

10. How do I find out about getting events approved? There is a show approval form on the website. We are interested in working with reputable producers that want to promote the Bonus Race Finals events in their area(s). The fee is $1/run (which is paid back 100% in the Sunday Bonus Round at the finals). Events that are smaller may be combined in a series (minimum of 3) and the points tracked by the producer (the hi-point of each division for the series will be awarded Bonus Race Finals Qualifiers (1 for every 100 runs in the series). We expect producers to provide us with completed membership forms of all contestants and addresses/emails so that we can send them finals information after the qualify at their event (by competing at your event they automatically qualify to run Fri/Sat). The FREE membership forms may be found on our website. ALL PRODUCERS WILL BE RECOGNIZED AT OUR 2012 FINALS.  Approved events will be included in our Bonus Race Finals Approved Events advertising and our website.
