We will cut-off the reservations online when they are sold out. Electric $20/night. If you have paid in advance you should pick an open RV site upon arrival and park your rig to reserve it. Bring your receipt (from your online entry) to the stalling/rv office in pavilion 2 and give them your RV site # (on box where you plug in) and show them your receipt - they will have your site unlocked and provide you with a permit. If you have an VIP reserved spot you must do this as well to have your site unlocked and receive your permit. Those that paid for Thursday arrivals may come in anytime AFTER 10 am Thursday. Your stall will be unlocked. NO OUTSIDE SHAVINGS ARE ALLOWED AT THIS FACILITY. Shavings office will be open upon arrival and is located in pavillion 2. If you have stalling/rv questions please see the gals in the office located in pavilion 2 to address these issues (it will be open 24 hours beginning Thurs 10 am- through Sat am). There will be a stall decorating contest with awards. (you can do this as a group or individual) this year’s theme is YOUR HOME STATE. Judging will be Saturday morning 9 am. WE CANNOUT GUARANTEE YOU A STALL UNLESS YOU PAY AND RESERVE BY MARCH 9 2012 MUST BE PAID ONLINE THURSDAY 10 am – contestants may begin arriving – no one on grounds prior to 10 am! $100 fine per horse for early arrivals. 10 am – Stalling/RV office open (located in pavilion 2 – open 24 hours) 10 am – 10 pm Show office open 10 am – photographer open for group photos or stationary photos with your horse located in PAVILION 1 12 noon – 10 pm Ride around times in arena ($5 ticket required) (40 TICKETS SOLD PER HOUR) Tickets may be purchased in the SHOW OFFICE located in the main arena area. This is THE ONLY time the arena will be open (barrels will NOT be setup). VIP TICKET HOLDERS MAY RIDE IN ANY one SESSION THEY CHOOSE. SHOW YOUR VIP CARD (these should be picked up at show office) AT THE GATE. There will be 2 other arenas available to ride in throughout the weekend.
